Your Home
In today's current climate, it can be a worry leaving your home empty. Whether it's work, a holiday or time in hospital that takes you away, we are here to do our best to keep your property safe and secure. In addition to living in during your absence we would like to give further peace of mind. Movement camera's can be installed by us to record day and night just in case anyone unexpectedly approaches the property. If this is of interest please let us know.
Should you be away for longer periods, some insurance companies stipulate that the property is checked on a regular basis, again we are here to help .
For those unexpected problems for example a leaking boiler, we will organise the necessary trades people to remedy the problem (agreed with you in advance). We can also sign for any deliveries in your absence.
Security
We will view your houses security as if it were our own. Making sure all windows at night are closed up and doors locked. Any security alarms etc to be activated as per your specific instructions.
Keeping it clean
'Light' house work and gardening will be done. Rubbish bins will be taken out on bin day.
Safe by Occupancy
Your house remains 'lived in' adding security and help deter burglars.
House Proud
Your home and possessions will be treated with care and respect.
Post & Deliveries
Deliveries will be taken in, be it post, parcels, milk or newspapers. Mail can be forwarded if required.
